    Facilities Management
     

    Telephone handset cleaning & maintenance service

    With this service we will have one of our representatives call at a pre-arranged time or on a scheduled monthly / quarterly basis and carry out the following,

    1. Thoroughly clean the handset and phone with an alcohol based cleaning product.
    2. Check the phone for any damage of line cord.
    3. Check the phone for any damage of curly cord.
    4. Once the service is complete a report will be supplied as to which phones require line cord & curly cords. Optional
    5. Replace line cord when damage is found.
    6. Replace curly cord when damage is found.
    7. Supply back to the customer all damaged cords.

    PABX Room & IDF Maintenance

    1. Removal of old / redundant jumpering or patching on termination panels.
    2. Cleaning of communications rooms & IDF panels, by trained staff that know the importance & value of communications equipment, the environment that the equipment resides in and effect of down time due to carelessness.
    3. Labelling of equipment within the communications room so that easy identification by non-technical staff is achieved. Labels can be of engraved trafolite or laminated acrylic to any size & shape.
    4. Up dating and or supplying of record books for each frame & patch panel.
    5. Supply & install state of the art cable management for those messy patch panels.

    The TCS Group can offer adds, moves & changes for a number of different telephone PABX & key systems. We have put together a number of packages to suit different customers needs, from a single call / single move through to a bulk moves and changes on a monthly / quarterly basis.      PABX & Telephone System Audits

    With this service we can supply the following information,

    1. Availability of spare ports within the system.
    2. The availability of ports that are programmed, but currently do not have equipment connected to them.
    3. The testing of all trunks for availability & connectivity.
    4. Cross-referencing your telephone bill & services with what is actually connected to your system to confirm that what you are paying for is being used and not just left idle.
    5. Traffic analysis of your telephone or PABX system.

    This is a great report to identify how your business is actually using its telephone lines & will identify the following:

    1. Call traffic through your system.
    2. The amount of trunks you actually require due to inactivity of a portion of your trunks for a period of time.
    3. The amount of call blocking your company is experiencing due to not enough trunks.
    4. the response time of staff to calls.
