The team at The TCS Group are all ACA Licenced, and Avaya certified, having completed over 700 installations. The TCS Group can provide a full suite of services that ensure a seemless transition for your client from one PABX platform to another. These services included Project Management, Lan/Wan Integration, PABX Install Technicians, PABX and Contact Centre Consultancy, and Training that are always customer focused and driven to the customer requirements.
PABX Maintenance
The TCS Group offers 24-hour maintenance service; we perform monthly maintenance on some of Avaya’s largest corporate clients; and carry a large range of spare parts. Our team are experienced in all areas of the Avaya product range.
Data Collection – PABX / Contact Centre
The TCS Group strives to ensure that all areas of the Data collection are covered and that the client is involved as much as possible to ensure accuracy of information. This is also true in the Contact Centre area of data collection, where we ensure that there is a clear understanding of the clients Business Drivers. Our data collection involves a hands on approach, and range’s from co-ordinating floor plans to the most complex of Call Flows in the Contact Centre.
PABX Programming – Moves & Changes
With over 20 years of combined experience on the Avaya product range, The TCS Group have established a remote and onsite moves and changes service for several strategic clients. Proving to always ensure we offer prompt service and competitive rates it is our vision to always remain a leader in this area. We also provide on site staff to cover for holiday periods and sick leave when your administrator may be away.
Contact Centre Design / Programming / Training
Contact Centre design on any project requires the ability to listen and understand the clients requirements, before proceeding with a Contact Centre design. Here at The TCS Group, we believe we have some of the best personnel in the business to do this.
Whilst once again we pride ourselves on our professionalism, we can provide you with personnel that have implemented extremely complex contact centre solutions on time and on budget resulting in very satisfied customers.
As we appreciate the importance of the Contact Centre implementation and design, it is our mission to ensure we keep up to date with Industry Standards and ensure the most effective design is created and implemented. Detailed call flows and programming documentation is provided to the client at the end of each project.
Programming, CentreVu Supervisor and CMS Administration training will be conducted by our experienced Contact Centre Consultant. As agent training can also be at times complex, this will be managed by our Contact Centre Consultant and performed by our professionally trained trainers.

With exceptional interpersonal skills we believe our Project Managers are skilled in communicating with all levels of business personnel from the CEO of a company to the local office staff.
Our Project Managers are experienced in all area’s of project management, having the ability to provide detailed gant charts, through to the co-ordination of cabling staff, technicians, software specialists, consultants and training personnel.
Pre-Sales Demonstrations – Assistance with Product Presentations
As one of the main business drivers is securing a sale is critical to your business. Here at The TCS Group we understand this importance and as such offer our experience consultants to work with you in any capacity to secure that sale. Our consultants show a penchant for demonstrations are always keen to help. Keeping abreast with the latest technology is paramount, but as experience has taught us also listening to the customer needs ensures we deliver demonstration’s that gain the customer confidence and resulting in a successful sale.
End User Training – (Voicemail/Voice Terminal)
Our trainers are all competent in delivery end user training, ranging from Contact Centre Agent through to basic Analogue training. We have maintained a wide variety of skills in this area and ensure we keep up-to-date with the latest voice terminals. We also have experience in the Avaya Voicemail portfolio including Message Manager.
Contact Centre Training (CentreVU/CMS Administration/Agent)
The Contact Centre training suite covers all area’s of the Avaya product range, The TCS Group can offer experienced training consultants who will deliver customise CentreVu Supervisor, CMS Administration (including backup procedures) and agent training, which are all performed on the clients site.
System Administration (Definity)
Once The TCS Group show an enormous amount of competency in delivery System Administration Training. The training is performed at the Customer premises and can be customise to the customers needs. Our Trainer has over 9 years experience in programming Definity switch ranging from Prologix through to G3R. |
